Pray-pared!

How many times have you noticed students coming to school unprepared? No homework, no pencil, no paper, no lunch money, not enough rest, ect…  How many times have we been just as unprepared, spiritually?

Then we felt the attacks of the enemy on every vulnerable side.  One important way that Jesus prepared for daily ministry, was through prayer.  Many times before he went out to heal and do other miracles, Jesus prayed.

We must be prepared each and everyday, as we enter our campus of spiritual warfare.  We never know what the day will bring.

However if we are prayed up, there is nothing too hard for the God who’s Spirit resides in us.

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

Mark 1:35

After this time of prayer, Jesus went out and spoke the leper’s healing into existence.  In this same way, once we are pray-pared, we can speak healing and blessings into the lives of students and co-workers on our campuses.
